Yes! Our Grab-N-Go options include hanging garlands and freestanding balloon designs that you can pick up and set up yourself. The $600 installation minimum does not apply to self-pickup orders.

We recommend inquiring as soon as you have your event date and location, especially for weekends and busy event seasons. Last-minute requests are welcome, but availability and design options may be limited.

Start by submitting an inquiry with your event date, location, preferred design, colours, and budget. Once your proposal is finalized, a 50% non-refundable retainer secures your booking. The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event. Bookings made within 14 days require full payment.

Outdoor setups may be possible depending on the design, location, and weather. A shaded, sheltered area is recommended, along with an indoor backup plan. Sun, heat, wind, and rain can affect balloon appearance and lifespan, so we cannot guarantee how long outdoor balloons will last.

Balloon lifespan varies depending on temperature, handling, and the surrounding environment. For the best results, keep balloons indoors, away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and sharp objects. We use professional-quality balloons, but cannot guarantee their lifespan after installation or pickup.

Pickup is available Monday through Friday by appointment. We’ll confirm your pickup time and provide instructions before collection. Vehicle space requirements depend on your chosen design, so please check with us before arriving.
